Comments

This site allows users to post comments on some pages. These comments are not private, and as such are accessible by the public. I reserve the right to remove, without notice, any comment I determine to be spam, overly offensive, obscene, libelous, defamatory, that infringes on others intellectual property, or that I deem inappropriate for this site.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to my mailing list to receive a periodic newsletter with website/blog updates and other relevant information and offers. I use MailChimp, a third-party service, to manage the mailing list and send the emails. If you sign up for the newsletter the information you submit will be sent to and stored on MailChimp servers. MailChimp respects the privacy of its users and their mailing lists. Their privacy policy is here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. You can unsubscribe from my mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of the newsletter emails, or you can write to me directly at todd@toddhensonphotography.com.

This site contains intellectual property owned by Todd Henson. You are free to share links to this site on social media, including photos and short blocks of text (no more than 1 or 2 paragraphs), provided you link back to the source material on this site. Todd Henson is a participant in the CreativeLive Affiliate Program, which is administered through the ShareASale Affiliate Network. As a part of this program I place links to CreativeLive, and CreativeLive products, on this site.

I receive a small fee on purchases you make at CreativeLive and Amazon.com through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. These fees help me offset the costs of running this site. I will only share links with services I, myself, make use of. In the case of CreativeLive, I have purchased dozens and dozens of classes over the years. I would recommend their classes even if I were not an affiliate. As for Amazon.com, I’ve been a happy customer of theirs for many years.

Cookies

Cookies are small files transferred to your computer through your browser. They can allow the site to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information, such as whether you’ve already visited a page, information related to posting comments, and information to allow companies I’m an affiliate with to properly track whether you make a purchase so they can pay me a commission. Privacy Policy

This site collects information provided by you when you submit it on any of the forms on the site, such as contact or comment forms. Because this information is sent by you it can be attributed to you. Content submitted by you on comment forms may be displayed on publicly accessible pages, and as such is publicly accessible information. Content submitted by you on contact forms is emailed to me through third-party providers, such as my hosting provider (Squarespace) and any email providers. As such, these third-party providers have access to this information. Information submitted by you on the newsletter signup form is passed to MailChimp, which manages my mailing list.

This site also automatically collects aggregated analytics information from third-party providers (Squarespace, Google Analytics, MailChimp). This information includes items such as your IP address, operating system, browser type, which page you visited, which page you visited from, and the date and time you visited. In most cases this information can't be attributed to you, but in some cases it may become attributable, such as when you fill out information on a form. The analytics information is used to improve the site by gaining a better understanding of what content you and other users are most drawn to.

This site may contain links to other third-party sites with their own privacy policies and terms of service. When visiting these third-party sites you are subject to their privacy policy and terms of service.

I will only share the non-publicly accessible collected information with others if required by their terms of service or by law. In most cases the only information I will have attributable to you is anything you sent me through use of forms on this site.
